These have been such an encouragement for me. Yesterday’s Biblical training helped bring me back to what is important. My goal in training my kids, whether it’s through history or science or language is the same- to raise capable Godly children! The Bible is helpful in all area’s! And full Truth! Thank you so much!

I really appreciate that each interview includes the question “What would you have done differently?”. I think the recurring theme is “relax”. Last year, just starting out with a 5 year old and a 2 year old, I quickly had to keep school fairly relaxed in order for all of us to stay sane. But sometimes I’ve worried that I’m not doing enough. It’s nice to get the encouragement that it will be O.K. from those who have many years of experience and perspective.

    Charlene,
We didn’t plan the theme of RELAX, but I guess that’s what is on everyone’s heart.

Tiany hit a soft-spot with me today. I also have 4 boys and am having a terrible time finding the balance between structured and unstructured in our home. I know what I don’t want but don’t know how to create what I do want.

This is our first year for using MOH and we are loving it. However, I would LOVE to have the audio version as well. We live way out in the country and it have an hour drive one way to our music classes. It would be great if we could use this time to listen to history!

  9. Mari

Sadly, I haven’t had the chance to listen to any of the Homeschool Heros :( I plan to start tonight! The topics sound wonderful!
